How to merge PDF files online for free

Upload, arrange and combine PDF files in a few simple steps without installing any desktop software.

01

Upload your PDFs

Select several PDF files from your device or drag and drop them into the workspace. A single job supports up to 50 files and 200 MB combined.

02

Arrange and review

Reorder documents, preview files, remove anything unnecessary and rotate PDFs that need orientation correction.

03

Merge and download

Create the merged PDF and download the finished document during the temporary result window.

Temporary processing, not permanent file storage

PDFPA temporarily stores files only to complete the merge. Normal completed results remain available for up to 10 minutes, with an option to delete the result immediately.

Automatic cleanup

Uploaded and generated files are temporary processing data rather than a permanent online document library.

Original files stay unchanged

PDFPA creates a new merged output file and does not modify the original PDFs stored on your device.

A practical way to combine, organize and join PDF files

PDFPA Merge PDF is designed for everyday document work: combine multiple PDFs into one file, arrange them in the correct order, review the source documents and download a clean final result. The tool is free to use, requires no account and currently has no daily merge quota.

Combine separate documents into one organized PDF

A PDF merger is useful whenever one task produces several separate documents. Reports, invoices, assignments, scanned records, application files, contracts and project documents are often easier to send, archive or print as one organized PDF. Instead of sharing several attachments, combine the files into a single document with a clear reading order.

The workspace still gives you practical control before processing. Drag PDFs into the correct order, preview a document when you want to verify it, remove an unwanted file and rotate documents that are facing the wrong direction. The final PDF follows the order shown in the workspace, so you can organize the result before clicking Merge PDF.

Merge PDFs online with practical controls and clear limits

Each merge job supports up to 50 PDF files and 200 MB combined. These per-job limits help keep uploads and server processing practical while still covering most everyday document workflows. The service currently has no daily merge quota, so the per-job limits are not a once-per-day allowance.

Processing happens through the browser and PDFPA server workflow, so there is no desktop application to install. Completed results normally remain downloadable for up to 10 minutes and are then cleaned up automatically. If you prefer not to wait for cleanup, use the Delete result action on the download screen to request immediate removal. Your original PDFs on your device are not modified; PDFPA creates a separate merged output file.
